Jeff Frison

Jeff’s practice area spans a diverse range of projects, including erosion control, commercial development, highways, tollways, major and minor streets, water/sewer/storm systems, and industrial site improvements. He is a lincesed engineer in Texas and Oklahoma.

After graduating from Nuclear Power School during his six-year service in the U.S. Navy, where he operated electrical systems on aircraft carrier nuclear power plants, Jeff gained valuable experience working alongside engineering-trained officers on the USS Carl Vinson. He has since focused much of his career on serving municipalities, contributing his expertise across various engineering disciplines.
