Yingqin “Elaine” Jin, P.E., has joined Walter P Moore as Senior Engineer – Director of Bridge Engineering. She brings over 10 years of bridge design and project management experience serving national, local and private sector clients. Jin is familiar with TxDOT standards and procedures involving reinforced concrete, prestressed concrete, steel, and post-tensioned concrete designs. She also possesses the technical skills and expertise necessary to resolve complex bridge-related issues.
Jin is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Texas and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), American Concrete Institute (ACI), and North Texas Chinese Engineers and Architects Association (NTCEAA), for which she is past president and currently serves on the Board of Directors.
