She brings more than 13 years of experience in transportation planning and traffic operations, focusing on solutions that improve safety and mobility. Her strong working knowledge of traffic operations’ software has been applied to multimodal centers, airports, downtown urban cores, as well as suburban environments. Dixon holds both Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
