HOUSTON/AUSTIN, TX – Building Design & Construction has named Mark C. Waggoner, P.E., as one of 40 rising young professionals in the AEC industry. From among 244 outstanding entrants, the magazine’s editors chose Waggoner as one of “40 Under 40.” He was featured along with the other 39 winners in the January 2007 issue of Building Design & Construction.

Waggoner is a senior associate in WALTER P MOORE’s Austin, Texas office. He is a key structural engineer for the firm’s most significant projects, including four NFL stadiums with retractable roofs. He is also a founding member of the firm’s Research and Development Group.
