HOUSTON, TX –WALTER P MOORE has opened a new office — its 11th — in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Leading the expansion is Brion C. Bannister, P.E., CFM, executive director of infrastructure engineering services and a principal with WALTER P MOORE. With his vast project and management experience, Bannister has helped lay the groundwork for many diversified public services in Oklahoma. He plans to expand WALTER P MOORE’s services in the state through exceptional local responsiveness to clients.

Kenley R. Williams, P.E., PLS, has joined the company as managing director of the new office and a senior associate. Williams spent more than 30 years with Oklahoma Dept. of Transportation prior to his current career in consulting engineering.
