Brian Lozano

Brian is a Senior Principal and the Director of the Parking Consulting Practice with more than two decades of experience in project management, parking planning and design. He leads a talented and multi discipline team of architects, engineers and consultants delivering innovative and cost effective solutions to our clients with a highly collaborative project delivery approach. Focusing primarily on healthcare, commercial, and aviation markets, he guides the design team to create efficient and functional designs specific to each project’s needs. He is a licensed engineer in multiple states and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Brian is active in the Project Management Institute and the Texas Parking Association. He has served on multiple committees within Walter P Moore where he shares his ideas and experiences to advance project productivity.
