Convention Centers

As major and secondary cities around the world strive to compete in the enormous convention industry, many are developing new, expanded, or renovated facilities. Successful convention facilities demand experienced structural engineering to respond to a variety of functional criteria, including exhibit spaces with typical column-free bays of up to 150 feet and floors that readily accommodate heavy loads, ballrooms, and increasingly sophisticated power and utility requirements.

Walter P Moore has worked on projects at major convention destinations such as Boston, Chicago, Orlando, San Antonio, Las Vegas, San Juan, Puerto Rico and Nanjiing, China. Learn more here >>
