In providing these services, the firm has provided leading-edge U.S. expertise to the projects while respecting the construction systems and processes commonly used locally. The result has been outstanding value to the developers of these buildings.
In early 2011 Walter P Moore established a staff presence in Panama to enhance our ability to serve in-country clients and projects. Eladio Guardia, a U.S.-trained structural engineer of Panamanian origin, leads our operations in Panama. Mr. Guardia serves as the firm's representative in Panama for business development and project delivery. He is immediately available to discuss projects of all types.
