CONRAC will meet the City of Atlanta’s goal of providing world-class customer service, by connecting to the Airport with an Automated People Mover (APM) system.

This consolidated rental car facility will be the largest of its type in the country, with ready-and-return spaces for 8,700 rental cars. Two four-level parking garages with 60’ x 60’ bays will provide an open welcoming space for customers of the eight rental car agencies.

The Customer Service Center (CSC) that will be LEED® certified and an automated people mover station will provide a key link between the Airport and the customers’ journey to and from the City of Atlanta. Quick-turn-around facilities and flexible space throughout the garages and CSC will add to the rental car companies’ economic and efficient operation.
