The largest consolidated rental car facility (CONRAC) in the country welcomes travelers to the world’s busiest airport and meets the City of Atlanta’s goal of providing world-class customer service.

The Rental Car Center includes two major components - the Rental Agency Complex that houses all of the rental car operations and customer rental space, and a dedicated automated people mover (APM) system that connects the Rental Car Center to the Airport terminal. Two symmetrical parking structures flank the customer service center, providing ready-and-return spaces for 8,700 cars. The pair of four-level garages measure a total of 2.8 million sq.ft., with 60’ x 60’ bays providing column-free drive aisles in two directions.

Quick-turn-around facilities and flexible space throughout the garages and  LEED® registered customer service center will add to the rental car companies’ economic and efficient operation.
