HOUSTON, TEXAS

Walter P Moore’s work at IAH has helped secure the airport’s position in the international travel market.  The International Arrivals Building (IAB) and its amenities provide travelers a smooth transition to their destination.

The sophisticated IAB welcomes International travelers to Houston in a way that embodies the energy and sophistication of the city.  The one million-square-foot facility was constructed on a constrained site, between Terminals D and E.  The ticketing hall includes elegantly exposed steel tri-chord trusses.

The new Federal Inspection Services (FIS) parking garage provides close-in and convenient parking for passengers, and includes a double threaded helix design that efficiently moves cars in and out of the facility.

Walter P Moore is currently designing the expansion of the APM System that will connect Terminals A and B.
