A vacant lot in west Houston became a site that BMC could build its corporate campus on with our complete civil and traffic engineering services, including coordinating with various authorities and agencies involved.

Design and construction management of new roadways and sidewalks, utility coordination, design of infrastructure to support new buildings, construction coordination and permit coordination were our responsibility. Our drainage analysis proved that detention was not required for the site.

We provided all infrastructure aspects, including value engineering, schedule and budget maintenance, coordination with entities including the City of Houston, TxDOT, Harris County Toll Road Authority and METRO and in-field inspections.

For the projectís one new public roadway and extension of two additional public roadways, we prepared all contract documents and managed the related construction.
