Keeping one of Houston's five primary business districts attractive and convenient has taken intelligent planning. Our efforts have been in urban mixed-use complex, roadway design and improvements, signal improvements and parking studies and design.

This 35-acre area has evolved over time from a primarily residential area into a high-density, mixed-use development. We provided civil and traffic master planning services for Phases III and IV and have designed and implemented numerous traffic improvements throughout the area located adjacent to the busy US 59 corridor. Our efforts have led to making various tracts more readily developable, improved access and safety and roadway parking and traffic control improvements.

Our engineers coordinated with the Texas Department of Transportation and the Harris County Metropolitan Transit Authority to develop schematics for a direct connection from the US 59 HOV lane to the heart of Greenway Plaza.
