Spotlight 29 Parking Garage

We are providing civil site development for a 1,236 space, 4-story parking garage for an existing Native American casino with an estimated construction cost of $19 million.

The Spotlight 29 Casino is a project of the 29 Palms Band of Mission Indians. The growing success of the casino required the project to be fast tracked. The civil site design began in September 2006 with bid documents completed in November 2006.

The site is located in the Coachella Valley in Riverside County California near Palm Springs and the Salton Sea — the breadbasket of the West where much of the Southwest's fruit, vegetable and landscaping plants are cultivated. The area was an active Native American site for hundreds of years with archeological sites identified.
