This master planned development is being designed as the future site of Legacy at Willow Bend Senior Community. Our services include master planning and infrastructure design services for paving, grading and utility improvements.

Our civil engineering design consists of 4,120 linear feet of 8-inch water and 3,670 linear feet of 8-inch wastewater lines, water feature designs integrated with the fire protection system, drainage design, platting and zoning assistance, parking facilities and agency approvals coordination. The project also features storm drainage outfall into a tributary to White Rock Creek and a comprehensive landscape design. We worked with the architectural design team to lay out the circulation roadways, utilities and connecting elements throughout the site.

Estimated construction cost for this project is $4 million. It was completed in 2006.
