Employees from around the region are consolidated onto this East Tampa campus designed to allow continued growth and expansion.

This 1.7-million-square-foot corporate campus consists of five office buildings constructed simultaneously: four 125,000-gross-square-foot, three-level office buildings and one 130,000-gross-square-foot, two-level amenities building. All of the buildings were constructed of cast-in-place concrete, using post-tensioned girders with a mild-reinforced, wide-module joist system. Two entry pods and two utility bridges that provide interconnection between the buildings are framed in structural steel.

Parking is provided in two 504,000-gross-square-foot, two-level, 1,500-car parking garages constructed of precast concrete.
