ELEGANT, FAST TRACKED CORPORATE CAMPUS

Walter P Moore provided fast-track structural engineering services for multiple phases of this new corporate campus, designing two office buildings and two parking structures— more than one million square feet—in less than five months.

The 425,000-square-foot signature office building is clad in limestone, and is anchored by a 125-foot-tall by 100-foot-diameter atrium that features a dramatic wood framed dome.  Cantilevering off the atrium’s columns are monumental stairs and circular walkways that create beautiful interior space.

A structural system of cast-in-place concrete with post-tensioned girders and joists allow spans of 50 to 60 feet, while maintaining a minimum structural depth.

Two six-story parking structures accommodate 1,500 cars and contain garden offices that provide an additional 50,000 square feet of flexible, column-free office space. The parking structures utilize an economical post-tensioned concrete one-way beam and slab system.
