Our long-term relationship—25 years and counting—with this preeminent U.S. children’s care facility lets us help them expand children’s healthcare, surgical and research programs with appropriate long-term value and flexibility.

Our design solutions for Texas Children's Hospital include a new $353-million expansion with a new $175-million, 16-story, 819,280 square foot Clinical Care Center; the $127-million addition of 15 levels to the existing five-story West Tower; and renovation of the Feigin Center into an exclusively dedicated research center containing 200,000 square feet.

We provided complete structural, civil and traffic engineering services for two new buildings that were added in a $127-million, 929,600-square-foot major expansion, the first major expansion since 1954: the 490,000-square-foot Critical Care and Surgical Facility facilities and a free-standing, 10-story Ambulatory Care and Research Facility.

Both buildings include below-grade parking levels.
