How do you stand out in Vegas? By welcoming guests with a 60-foot glass domed lobby with two-story fountains and a towering octagonal structure, topped by a glass and steel dome.

This new $1.6-billion resort adjacent to the Venetian Casino Resort will include a 50-story luxury hotel tower with 3,025 suites, including 375 concierge-level suites and six spacious villas. The Palazzo will feature a 105,000-square-foot casino, 375,000 square feet of upscale shopping, world-class dining and entertainment, and 450,000 square feet of meeting and conference space.

Walter P Moore met the challenge of stacking this complex, multi-use building above a below-grade, 4,500-space parking garage by coordinating our structural engineering and parking consulting services.

We provided significant cost savings by creating a datacentric Building Information Model that detected spatial interferences between structure, utilities and finishes prior to construction.
