A 24-acre, mixed-use facility with urban village apartments, condominiums, shops and a hotel is being developed from an apartment complex. Public safety and efficient use of space will be among the Improvements.

We provided a traffic impact study for the planned development. We will review the design phase schematics, which include proposed parking layouts, on-site vehicular and pedestrian circulation, internal street design and roadway access.

Phase I includes 740 apartment units, 230,000 square feet of retail, 60,000 square feet of office space and a hotel, and will be completed in 2010. Phase II will be completed in 2014.
