Our interdisciplinary designs solutions are an integral part of Branson Landing, a 65-acre mixed-use retail and residential development, 12-story waterfront hotel and convention center.

Branson Landing blends 465,000 square feet of retail space with a hotel, a condominium, theater space and a boardwalk in a master-planned facility situated along Lake Taneycomo. Our structural solutions for the 12-building complex consist of a variety of systems, including one-story buildings with steel moment frames and joist roof construction and some five-story buildings with underground parking.

We designed new storm sewer systems to transmit runoff and structural water quality features to reduce pollutant transmission into the lake. Branson Landing Boulevard provides a new four-lane median boulevard roadway. Traffic services include signal layouts, signing and pavement marking layouts, construction documents and technical specifications for signal installation.
