We provided civil engineering services for site design of this redevelopment project of multi-family urban residences. Although the project has increased density, our engineers collaborated with the design team and public officials to help create a pedestrian-friendly urban environment.

An urban, almost downtown-like feel comes from having retail on the first floor, with reduced building setbacks. On-street parking offers easy access to the retail and the apartment complex. Secure parking is provided partially below ground. Our design included pavement, water, wastewater, storm drain, and franchised utility upgrades and relocations. We also designed streetscape, grading and on-site drainage. We also provided streetscape design and zoning assistance services.
