Our multifaceted engineering services helped create a 180-acre,
multi-use development, with public roadways (Arrington and Decatur Roads),
a roundabout and bridge.

We performed the initial master plan for the site and then created a 3-D surface model for the mass grading plan to move 500,000 cubic yards of dirt.

Our Hydrology & Hydraulics team integrated the existing hydraulic models to perform the FEMA Letter of Map Revision for the bridge, detention pond and redevelopment fill for the proposed floodplain.

Our traffic services included a traffic impact analysis for Arrington and Decatur Roads, for which we designed College Station’s first modern roundabout, as well as the Tower Point development.
