Our multifaceted engineering services helped create a 180-acre,
multi-use development, with public roadways ( Arrington and Decatur roads),
a roundabout and bridge.
We performed the initial master plan for the site. Once the master plan was completed, we created a 3-D surface model for the mass grading plan to move 500,000 cubic yards of dirt.
Our Hydraulics and Hydrology team integrated the existing hydraulic models to perform the FEMA Letter of Map Revision for the bridge, detention pond and redevelopment fill for the proposed floodplain.
Our traffic services included a traffic impact analysis for Arrington and Decatur Roads as well as the Tower Point development. We designed College Station’s first modern roundabout for Arrington and Decatur Roads.
