Ybor City is undergoing a revitalization to preserve its history as the "Cigar Capitol of the World". Our design and detailing of the garage meet the requirements of the Ybor Historic District.
The Centro Ybor garage accommodates 1,200 cars and is just one of the many new and historical renovation projects in the Ybor City district of Tampa.
The precast garage, which boasts 310,000 decorative bricks, was built to handle an influx of visitors to the Centro Ybor entertainment district. To accommodate the large volumes of people, we paid close attention to traffic control, signage, security, and lighting, and provided convenient elevators and stairs that play a key role in the architectural expression of the garage.
