Our design for the Toyota Tundra Garage provides 2,500 dedicated parking spaces for patrons of the Toyota Center during events and business district users during nonevent times.

The 7-story garage covers two blocks in Downtown Houston. To accommodate the dual uses, high-speed ramps are used for parking during the day, but are kept open to facilitate quick exiting during events. One-way traffic flow and angled parking spaces keep traffic flowing smoothly through the garage.

Elevators and escalators provide pedestrian’s convenient access to the upper floors, and a pedestrian bridge provides direct access for premium customers into Toyota Center. To speed vehicular movement, all four of the adjacent streets can be used for entering and exiting the garage.
