This 962-space garage is nestled adjacent to two existing bluffs on the University of Kansas Medical Center campus. Its two pedestrian bridges and a vehicle bridge allow for safe and convenient movements.

The garage has five stories and four bays. It is a cast-in-place, post-tensioned, concrete structure with a contiguous two-bay middle ramp system. Exterior sides feature brick-inlaid, precast panels to match many campus buildings. Entrance and exit lanes are located at level one and the fifth level vehicular bridge.

We helped obtain easements for the relocation of the public 36-inch storm sewer and the 18-inch sanitary sewer lines that we rerouted between the garage and the existing bluff.
