Our firm helps owners in multiple ways to successfully deliver Design-Build parking projects. In addition to our traditional role as a member of a Contractor- or Designer-led design and construction team, we can also work directly for the owner to prepare design-build criteria documents to ensure that the intent for the parking structure scope, functionality, appearance, quality and costs are properly conveyed to prospective D-B contractors. The owner can then select the D-B team based on qualifications and cost, consistent with the bidding documents. Owners receive benefits regarding cost, schedule, and risk management from our involvement in the planning and design process of the Design-Build method of project delivery.
