We help owners successfully deliver design-build parking projects by working directly for the owner to prepare design-build criteria documents that will ensure that the intent for the parking structure scope, functionality, appearance, quality and costs are properly conveyed to prospective D-B contractors. The owner can then select the D-B team based on qualifications and cost, consistent with the bidding documents.
