24 Waterway Parking Garage

We provided functional design, parking control equipment recommendations and signage programming for the new 24 Waterway garage, a 673-space parking garage located under a 12-floor Class A office building.

The garage’s single center ramp system feeds its five levels. It is partially located outside the tower footprint, which efficiently minimizes the infringement of building columns.

The garage uses a state-of-the-art parking control system with Automated Vehicle Identification (AVI) for contract vehicles and a pay-on-foot system for visitors.
