With approximately 1,000 spaces on seven levels, the U.S. Oncology Garage utilizes a double zero (a ramping system that utilizes a ramp and two flat bays of angled parking) traffic pattern to maximize flat floor, contiguous parking. The traffic pattern allows the driver to see all the spaces as they travel up into the garage, cutting down on unnecessary travel up and down the ramps searching for spaces.

On the ground floor, reserved parking is located behind Automated Vehicle Identification (AVI) parking control equipment that is is compatible with the nearby Harris County Toll Road Authorities toll tags. Being able to use the tags in the garage greatly speeds up lane throughput and allows hands free use of the system for added convenience.
