The $850-million McCormick Place West is the fourth building on the premier McCormick Place campus, which already includes 2.2 million square feet of exhibit space and 360,000 square feet of meeting room space in its location just outside of downtown Chicago.

The West expansion will add 460,000 square feet of elevated exhibition space, 250,000 square feet of meeting space and a 100,000-square-foot ballroom – one of the nation’s largest.

Our work included the preparation of early release structural packages, which allowed early procurement of the 30,000 tons of structural steel for the project. These efforts will help the facility open well ahead of schedule.
