Phase III and Phase V Expansion

We've supported two major expansions of the Orange County Convention Center that annually hosts more than 1 million delegates, helping it keep up with the booming Central Florida tourism economy and become the country’s largest convention center.

We have provided integrated services for the $172-million Phase III and the fast-tracked $748-million Phase V. We also designed a dynamic signage program to assist with on-site parking and traffic operations.

Phase III added 1.9 million square feet of space, including 1 million square feet of new exhibit hall, a 60,000-square-foot ballroom, meeting rooms and a 2,500-seat auditorium.

Phase V added three million square feet, including 1 million square feet of unobstructed exhibit hall space. A 1,400-foot-long pedestrian bridge connects the new expansion to the existing center to provide a colossal combined facility of 7 million square feet.
