Repair and Rehabilitation

Walter P Moore’s services include restoration of deteriorating structures and modifications to add specialized equipment or change of use.  Our projects involve evaluation of existing structures to determine the current condition, as-built capacities and the feasibility of converting them to other uses. We develop repair solutions and provide opinions of probable construction costs for rehabilitation and long-term maintenance of our client’s facilities.  We can also provide construction administration services and project management for restoration projects.
