Structural Retrofits and Hardening

Our structural retrofits and hardened new and existing buildings are designed to minimize damage from the effects of blast events. Retrofits and hardening of key structural elements employ the latest materials and techniques, including strengthening by the addition of composite fiber wraps, steel jackets or concrete encasement.  Cladding retrofits have used anchored geotextiles, composite fiberglass and epoxy matrix sheets, and liquid polymers that are added to cladding elements to mitigate debris.
