Our roof framing and structural design help make this complex outside of Atlanta one of the finest suburban public assembly facilities in the country.

The 12,000-seat arena features upper and lower seating bowls, along with a concourse, club seats and lounge. The arena was designed to accommodate configurations for hockey, basketball and concerts, with appropriate sight lines and rigging capacities to accommodate almost any type of event. The innovative roof system serves dual purpose by housing part of the buildings ventilation system, while creating an intimate and efficient space.

A 21,000-square-foot, column-free ballroom was also constructed adjacent to the arena. Totaling 59,000 square feet including all other functions, it is framed over a parking level that was constructed over an existing retention pond.
