Ross-Ade Stadium Renovation and Expansion

Our work on the latest renovation phase of Indiana's largest stadium adds 120,000 square feet and included extensive structural repair and renovation, and a new brick façade to complement surrounding campus architecture.

This 1924-stadium has already been expanded six times from 13,500 seats to 69,200. Three more expansion phases will increase capacity to 80,000 fans. New construction included composite structural steel framing, long-span roof deck and precast plank.

New private suites and club seating were built on the west side of the stadium and a unique technology educational area is a showplace for the latest in technology and communication. Wider concourses and more concessions and restrooms were added, and the existing press box was removed to make room for a new state-of-the-art media space.
