Ross-Ade Stadium Renovation and Expansion
Purdue University
West Lafayette, Indiana

Our work on the latest renovation phase of the largest stadium in Indiana adds 120,000 square feet and included extensive repair and renovation of the stadium structure, and a new brick façade to complement surrounding campus architecture.

This 1924 stadium has already expanded six times from 13,500 seats to 69,200. Three more expansion phases will increase capacity to 80,000 fans. New construction included composite structural steel framing, long-span roof deck and precast plank.

New private suites and club seating were built on the west side of the stadium and a unique technology educational area is a showplace for the latest in technology and communication. Wider concourses, more concessions and restrooms were added, and the existing press box was removed to make room for a new state-of-the-art media space.
