Our full range of services to M.D. Anderson is helping to provide significant parking with a new $36-million, 2,470-space parking garage.
The garage, located at Braeswood Boulevard and Holcombe Boulevard, provides parking for the Faculty Center II, the Rotary House and the Training Facility/Conference Center. We determined the site's maximum size, the garage's capacity and circulation concerns that focus on both garage capacity and safe access.
We developed strategies for alternate construction and expansion methods that will maximize the initial garage capacity and allow future expansion with the least impact on garage operations.
