Since joining Walter P Moore in 2004, Alex has remained passionate about providing design services, mentoring young engineers, and delivering excellent client service. Having worked on numerous healthcare, higher education and government projects, clients appreciate his positive attitude and willingness to work through issues. Architects, contractors, and younger engineers alike say that Alex is always available to discuss their issues and offer effective and efficient solutions.
Alex holds a Master's degree from the University of Florida.
What inspired you to choose your current career path?
I always knew. I used to organize and sort my Legos and play for hours. When I realized I had a knack for math and spatial geometry, it was an easy choice.
Proudest innovation or professional accomplishment to date:
Going through the Florida Engineering Leadership Institute put on by the Florida Engineering Society.
What other hobbies/activities do you enjoy?
Sports! I play in a men’s league soccer, coach my children's soccer teams, and go to sporting events a lot with the family.
