Forte: Luis has more than 15 years of experience in structural and forensic engineering. His expertise includes high-rise concrete and steel buildings analysis and design, post-tensioned slab analysis and design, seismic analysis, soil-structure interaction analysis, and vibration analysis for projects in Panama, Latin America, and the U.S. He also has extensive experience assessing, repairing, rehabilitating, and retrofitting buildings and infrastructure with structural distress and/or waterproofing issues, including those affected by CAT events. He enjoys mentoring new engineers and collaborating with different types of clients, such as property managers, property owners, insurance companies, insurance adjusters, and architects.
