Joseph has collaborated on facilities that are considered some of the most innovative and iconic sports venues ever built which boast structural solutions that have repeatedly established new industry standards for sports facility design.

AHA MOMENT: "Among many things, my father was a builder of custom homes. I spent countless hours with him on job sites seeing residential structures come together. There was always talk of an engineer and slowly I realized, through my education, that was the role I wanted to fulfill. I don’t think I ever imagined the grand scale of the structures and I am lucky enough to be 'an engineer.'"

Additionally, Balram brings structural engineering expertise across a wide range of market sectors including healthcare, commercial, education, and residential. He is particularly adept at developing team business plans, business development, strategizing project pursuits, managing team financials, and providing team and technical leadership.

Brian is a licensed engineer in multiple states and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), active in several industry related organizations including the International Parking and Mobility Institute and is a member of the prestigious National Parking Association’s Parking Consultants Council.

Forte: Jaime has been in the AEC industry since 1985. His experience in various aspects of project management and engineering design includes the analysis and design of steel and concrete structures for educational, commercial, and residential buildings. He has also been involved in evaluation studies of existing structures for the preparation of assessment and due diligence reports. Jaime has been a key member of Walter P Moore's Orlando operations since its inception in 1994.

WORK SATISFACTION: He is proud to have collaborated with local and out-of-town architects on some of Walter P Moore's largest Orlando projects and other key landmarks that are currently part of Central Florida’s skyline.

HOBBIES: Spending time with his wife and children listening to music, grilling, and watching old classic movies.

Forte: Erik is the co-founder of Walter P Moore's New York office Enclosure Engineering practice. Trained in both architecture and engineering, he brings deep global experience with a focus on the design of complex and high-performance building envelopes for a wide range of building types. Erik's experience in digital design, geometric rationalization, and environmental analysis allows him to bring value to his clients while also helping designers deliver projects to the highest level of design sophistication while maximizing performance and minimizing cost.

GREATEST ACCOMPLISHMENT: The completion of Columbia University Medical School.

HIDDEN TALENT: At holiday parties he usually ends up dancing to Michael Jackson.
