Bill Andrews, PE, SE, SECB


Bill is the Managing Director of the San Francisco office. With over 28 years of experience, he has a special expertise in the design of new buildings in high seismic regions and structural and seismic evaluation of existing buildings. Bill has led the structural design for a variety of building types. He is very knowledgeable in the design of California essential facilities to ensure their functionality after a major earthquake. He is passionate about integrating structure with architecture to create exceptional design.

Bill remains active in a variety of professional organizations, and previously served as a Director of the Structural Engineers Association of Northern California. He’s registered as a structural and civil engineer in California and as a Disaster Service Worker for the State of California Safety Assessment Program. He has a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California-Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado.
