Project Assistant Intern

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Project Assistant Intern who is currently pursuing a business or engineering degree and who has completed their sophomore year in college. The ideal candidate will be a bright, creative, and proactive individual with strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist project teams in coordinating various project tasks.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, ensuring effective time management for all participants.
  • Take detailed meeting notes and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain and manage logs such as RFI (Request for Information) and submittal logs to track project progress.
  • Organize electronic files and documents to ensure easy access and retrieval.
  • Create and edit documents, leveraging Microsoft Word to produce professional reports and correspondence.
  • Develop and manage spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and project tracking.
  • Design and refine presentations with Microsoft PowerPoint to communicate project updates and findings.
  • Support in generating and managing project tasks, contributing to the overall success of the project.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 60+ credit hours toward a bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or engineering.
  • Must be within a reasonable commuting distance to our Orlando office and able to work in office when needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
