Recruiter

Responsibilities

Walter P Moore is currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruiter to join our HR team in Mexico City. In this position, you will support our organization’s recruitment process including candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidate interviews. The ideal candidate should be bi-lingual, familiar with various social media platforms, and have strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting phone screenings
  • Post job openings on job boards, social media, and our company website
  • Maintain candidate database and ensure data accuracy
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and answering questions
  • Assist in the coordination of recruiting events and job fairs
  • Support HR team with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  •  Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
  • 1+ year of experience in HR or recruiting preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) suite
  • Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
