Chris Norris, PE, PEng, LEED AP, CEI


Chris is Managing Director for Walter P Moore’s Diagnostics Group in Atlanta. With broad experience in building envelop consulting, he is also the firm-wide leader for Diagnostics’ Building Enclosure practice area. Chris’ expertise includes project management, building envelope design and third-party building design review, forensic assessments, field and laboratory testing, structural steel and concrete design, and expert consultation in litigation support. He is active in the Atlanta Chapter of the Building Enclosure Council where he serves on the board.  He earned his Bachelor in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada. Chris is a licensed professional engineer in Georgia, Delaware, Washington and Florida, and in Ontario, Canada.
