Joining the industry in 1996, Darcy brings a heightened level of civil and water resources engineering knowledge to her Senior Engineer role in The Woodlands office. With a large focus in private development, Darcy has project experience in civil site design, site plan design review, and the overseeing of private development construction for acceptance of public assets.
In addition to playing an integral role in the Houston ballpark civil site early in her career, she has also participated in the review and approval of several large multi-phase commercial and residential projects. Darcy is also a contributing member of the Association of State Flood Plain Managers.

I could tell immediately that the people and projects at Walter P Moore were top notch and I wanted to be a part of that.
What is the best advice you have received—so far?
Effort creates ability.
What hobbies or activities do you enjoy outside of work?
I like to cook, read, ride bikes, visit new restaurants, and going to the movies.
