Jonathan Bergey

Jonathan has extensive experience with long-span, arena roof design, having led the structural analysis and design of the roof structures for Fiserv Forum, University of Vermont Tarrant Center, Virginia Beach Arena, and the Oklahoma State Fair Arena. He specializes in arena rigging grid design and evaluation, having assisted owners at the Toyota Center, Gila River Arena, Reed Arena at Texas A&M, the Holmes Convocation Center at Appalachian State University, and the Knoxville Civic Coliseum with rigging evaluations and by increasing rigging load capacity. Jonathan leverages his expertise in programming to develop digital workflows that provide highly accurate structural models for projects with complex geometry. His background in architectural engineering enables him to conceive elegant and design-focused structural solutions.

Jonathan holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Architectural Engineering and Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin, as well as a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California Berkeley.
