Jorge Martinez

Jorge is a Principal in Walter P Moore's El Paso office. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and Professional Traffic Operations Engineer in Texas with more than a decade of experience. Specializing in government, city, and DOT projects, Jorge has contributed to several major engineering projects in El Paso including the Border Highway West Extension, El Paso Streetcar Project, the City of El Paso Downtown Re-timing Project, and the Triple-A Baseball Circulation Study.

Jorge is a graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and his Master of Science in Civil Engineering. He is actively involved in industry organizations including ITE, CNU, and TSPE where he serves as President of the El Paso Chapter.
