Justin Farr

Justin Farr, P.E., S.E., LEED AP BD+C

Justin understands that engineering is first and foremost about problem solving. He appreciates that every project and each client is unique. The excitement of engineering for Justin comes from finding that particular solution that matches the specific design constraints of space, appearance, material, cost, or schedule that are unique to each project and client. The first step in any problem solving process is defining the problem, so Justin also recognizes the value of meeting early for collaboration and coordination to define design constraints that will influence the structural design.

Joining Walter P Moore in 2007, Justin is a Principal who has gained expertise in various markets, most notably Sports and Performing Arts Centers; however, he has also worked on numerous successful projects in Education, Hospitality, and other building types. He understands the unique challenges for buildings in these markets, and can offer his clients numerous structural options to achieve the overall design intent.
