Keith Gaynor

Keith serves as a Team Director within the Houston Infrastructure Group at Walter P Moore, bringing over a decade of experience in civil and water resources engineering to his role. Proficient in master planning, site and utility design, as well as project management, Keith has continually demonstrated expertise in delivering successful projects. 

Keith possesses a broad understanding of diverse market sectors, including commercial, healthcare, residential, and higher education. His extensive knowledge enables him to contribute effectively to flood protection studies, applying his skills to develop innovative solutions for flood mitigation and protection. He is proficient in both active and passive measures to promote resilient and sustainable outcomes.
