As the Water Resources Engineering Managing Director for North Texas, Kelly brings almost 30 years of municipal consulting experience to the role. She greatly enjoys working with clients’ stormwater staff and developing a framework for managing their departments and budgets. Her areas of expertise include analysis, design, and criteria/policy development and guidance. Noteworthy projects include a stormwater master plan for the Trinity River Vision Association (TRVA) project in Fort Worth and city-wide stormwater master plans for multiple Texas communities.

During the course of her career, Kelly has worked throughout Texas including College Station, Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, and surrounding communities. She served as Secretary of TFMA from 2016-2018 and has held several leadership positions in local and state chapters of TSPE.

How does what you do make a difference in the world?
I like to think my work has helped make communities a safer place to live and work. I believe I have helped prevent or alleviate flooding of buildings and roads.

Word scrambles are my superpower.
