Joining the industry in 1992, Kevin is a transportation planner specializing in long-range transportation planning and high-speed transportation planning. He has served as the project manager for several high-speed transportation efforts including the Dallas to Fort Worth High-Speed Transportation Connections Study and the Fort Worth to Laredo High-Speed Transportation Study. Notably, he led the team responsible for the Dallas-Fort Worth 2045 Mobility Plan, the region’s long-range transportation plan.

Additionally, Kevin is a member of the American Planning Association, the American Institute of Certified Planners, and the Institute of Transportation Engineers.

What inspired you to choose your career path?
I discovered the planning profession during a career assessment. My love of transportation seemed to be a perfect fit!
What gets your creativity flowing?
I relish the opportunity to solve complex challenges.
If you had to choose a different career, what would it be?
If I were not a transportation planner, I would be a sports broadcaster.
