Kurt Schulte, AICP


Based in our Dallas office, Kurt has more than 20 years of experience creating multimodal transportation plans, corridor studies, access management studies, comprehensive city plans, bicycle and pedestrian plans, and travel demand models.

Kurt is well-versed in both land use and transportation planning as they relate to municipal infrastructure projects critical to community redevelopment initiatives. His technical background combined with his familiarity in communicating and collaborating with the public results in successful plans including high levels of community support.

When he’s not out solving the world’s planning challenges, Kurt can be found playing recreational ice hockey or chasing boys away from his two teenage daughters.
